We are looking for an energetic and well-organized person for the position of Intern in the Marketing, PR & Social Media department in Warsaw. We prefer students of Marketing, PR, Management or Communication. If you want to gain valuable experience and see how these areas work from the inside, then we are waiting for you!
YOUR TASKS:
- Support in PR activities, including creative mailings, organizing photo shoots, working with influencers and finding new creators to collaborate with.

Updating and developing the brand's profile on Pinterest.

Assistance in organizing and producing photo sessions.

Archiving of graphic materials.
- Participation in other creative activities related to the functioning of the brand.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability to work part-time, tailored to your study schedule.

Student of: Marketing, Management, Communication, PR and related fields.
- Aesthetic sense, interest in fashion.

Previous experience is preferred but not necessary.
- Knowledge of English.

E-Commerce Manager
We are currently looking for an energetic person to work in our team at an office in the center of Krakow.
SCOPE OF DUTIES:

Responsibility for the daily operations of the online store, ensuring the continuity and efficiency of online operations.
- Ensuring proper integration between systems: Shopify, Baselinker, Subiekt, Omnipack.
- Collaboration with the technical team to optimize the e-commerce platform and user experience, including overseeing the implementation of new functionalities.
- Collaboration with the marketing team on SEM campaigns and other marketing activities.
- Identifying new opportunities to develop sales and increase market share.
- Supervision of the order fulfillment and customer service process.
- Sales data analysis, conversion rate monitoring. Report preparation.
- Creating and sending mailings in Klaviyo.
- Product management: adding new products, updating descriptions and photos, monitoring stock levels.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in an e-commerce-related position.
- Knowledge of the Shopify sales platform and supporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite.
- Analytical skills.
- Creative approach to assigned tasks.
- Basic graphic skills are welcome (Photoshop).
- Aesthetic sense, interest in fashion.
