We are currently looking for an energetic, well-organized and communicative person for the position:

eCommerce Manager

On-site work | Krakow, city center

Duties:

• Managing the daily functioning of the online store and ensuring the efficient implementation of e-commerce processes.
• Coordination of integration between systems: Shopify, Baselinker, Subiekt, Omnipack.
• Collaboration with the technical team to optimize the platform, implement new functionalities, and improve user experience.
• Collaboration with the marketing department in conducting SEM campaigns and other promotional activities.
• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and market share.
• Supervision of the order fulfillment process and customer service.
• Sales data analysis, conversion monitoring and reporting.
• Creating and sending newsletters in the Klaviyo system.
• Product catalog management: adding new items, updating descriptions and photos, checking stock levels.
• Ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of marketing activities.

What we expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the e-commerce industry.
• Very good knowledge of the Shopify platform and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to think analytically and draw conclusions based on data.
• Creativity and independence in action.
• Basic graphic skills (preferred – e.g. Photoshop).
• Aesthetic sense and interest in fashion.
