Vanda Novak is created at the intersection of fashion and culture. Consciously, from the very beginning. Dominika Nowak's shoes do not accompany art. They co-create it.

Let them see us! Image, outfit, body.

In October 2025, the Royal Castle in Warsaw hosted the opening of the exhibition Let them see us! Image, attire, body, curated by Monika Przypkowska. During the show accompanying the vernissage, Adam Leja presented items from his private collection, and Vanda Novak shoes completed the styling created by Anna Pralinka Męczyńska.

Voice of the Monster

In June 2025, the Malta Festival in Poznań hosted the premiere of the opera The Monster's Voice, directed by Agnieszka Smoczyńska. Vanda Novak shoes became part of the costume design prepared by Katarzyna Lewińska, not as an element of clothing, but as part of the visual narrative of the performance. After its Poznań premiere, the opera moved to the Baltic Opera stage in Gdańsk, where it was also shown in February and March 2026. During the Malta Festival, Vanda Novak shoes were also worn by Tilda Swinton, who performed in the show Embodying Pasolini.

New Polish fashion. A chronicle of deep feelings.

The Central Museum of Textiles in Łódź has added five pairs of Vanda Novak shoes to its collection. The models can be seen at the "New Polish Fashion: A Chronicle of Deep Feelings" exhibition, which opened in June 2026 and will run until May 3, 2027. The museum described them as "small works of art that attract attention with their form and detail."

Druga Kobieta

In June 2026, at the Malta Festival, Magdalena Cielecka performed in The Second Woman, a play by Nat Randall and Anna Breckon, in which she repeatedly enacts the same breakup scene for twenty-four hours straight. One hundred times. With one hundred different partners. For 24 hours, Cielecka wore Vanda Novak heels. When a shoe has to endure a full day on stage, hundreds of entrances and exits, and the fatigue and emotions of a long performance, it ceases to be a mere styling element. It becomes an answer to a specific question: can you rely on it? Vanda Novak answered without words.
